Fallon’s only yoga studio offers you an instructor with a demonstrated history of working not only in the yoga and fitness industry, but also in health and wellness. She has been certified in fitness yoga, and holds a 200 hour RYT with the National Yoga Alliance in Hatha Yoga. Skilled in mindfulness, breath work, traditional yoga, Wellness and lifestyle coaching, personal training, and nutritional coaching, Shanti Yoga offers high end instruction.
