The Seventh Day Adventist School accepts students in grades K-8. The school has been in operation at its current location at 380 East Front Street, Fallon, Nevada since 1905. The school is accredited and provides for a low student-teacher ratio. The SDA educational philosophy places a value of infinite worth on every individual and seeks to provide a climate in which a positive self-image may be developed. Academic excellence is promoted by challenging students to fully use their intellectual capacities and capabilities, to explore learning as a life-long endeavor, and to achieve academically throughout life. Students are encouraged to take an active interest in making the community a better place to live, appreciating the cultural differences and scientific advances of age, and developing positive attitudes towards all people.
